Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. essentials.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and uphold data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
