We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's operations by merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values in daily tasks and interactions with customers.
• Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate efficiently with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment responsibly.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
