Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and create an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team and perform duties efficiently as outlined in the role requirements.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail work experience.
