Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the store, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and contribute to minimizing losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of using equipment and performing cleaning duties according to standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
