Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash policy compliance
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
