Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Operate cash registers, handle customer purchases, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
