Job Description
We are looking to hire a full-time Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. As an Agronomy Applicator, you will be responsible for the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, along with maintaining application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys outdoor work, and excels at operating equipment while providing professional service.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals as per recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal working condition and appearance.
- Complete applicator logs, reports, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and company guidelines.
- Assist with inbound and outbound inventory handling and product delivery.
- Promote business relations with new and existing customers.
- Train and support seasonal employees as required.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while operating equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience in the field is beneficial but not required.
