Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join ITECH Holding LLC, a leading security solutions integrator. In this role, you will coordinate, schedule, and route Field Service Technicians nationwide, optimizing revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, route, and schedule technician trips to meet operational and sales goals.
  • Review work orders, production schedules, and customer SLAs to determine job routes and assignments.
  • Manage scheduling changes, equipment availability, and customer communication.
  • Build relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize software to schedule and manage jobs efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling roadblocks and vendor issues.
  • Ensure job requirements align with resources and permits.
  • Track job progress and enhance work planning processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
