As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, preparing beverages, fulfilling food orders, and contributing to sales growth. Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Accurately handle POS functions and collect payments.
• Maintain an attractive bar display and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with team members and uphold brand standards.
• Adhere to SMG scoring standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Properly manage sales, cash handling, and waste tracking.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Bartending experience.
• State alcohol compliance certification.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Physical stamina to meet job requirements.
