Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are looking for an Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position involves applying crop nutrients and crop protection products, as well as maintaining application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically-inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and has a passion for operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to recommendations and label directions.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and vehicles to ensure proper functioning and appearance.
• Complete applicator logs, reports, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Promote business relations with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in training seasonal employees and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
