Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Outcomes Specialist Acute Care to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality care outcomes within the Acute Care setting. Your responsibilities will include serving as a valuable resource to nurses and patients, implementing evidence-based practices, and driving sustainable change to improve nursing professional practice and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based practices to positively influence nursing care.
- Lead and facilitate sustainable changes to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Work across patient/family, staff, and system spheres to transform healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
