• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary based on state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
