Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls effectively.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.

Qualifications

  • Live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293 for on-site position.
  • Strong communication skills to assist customers while navigating screens.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Pass a background check.
