Job Description
We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver to join the Slumberland Furniture Delivery Team. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will lead the delivery team in inspecting, loading, delivering, and setting up merchandise for customers safely and accurately. Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Establish customer greeting, conduct pre-inspection, set up merchandise, and verify delivery accuracy.
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance and maintain clean delivery vehicles.
- Ensure proper handling, operating, and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide direction and maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work day shifts throughout the week in a fast-paced environment.
- Pass DOT requirements, a criminal background check, and a drug screening.
