As a UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in enhancing the workplace environment and culture by conducting in-depth research to understand employee needs and satisfaction levels. Your insights will drive the design and implementation of initiatives to elevate the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyze research data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
- Develop employee personas and journey maps to guide experience design initiatives.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies impacting employee experience.
- Advocate for employee needs throughout the design process.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Experienced
Minimum 7 years of experience
Proficiency in User Research Platforms, Survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communicator with the ability to present data effectively
Self-sufficient, independent, and curious about problem-solving
