Landscape Crew Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Crew Supervisor to join Wise Landscaping's team in Dayton. As a Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team in providing top-notch landscape and snow management services for commercial sites, ensuring client properties are beautifully maintained throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in various tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed spraying.
• Perform snow removal services using plow and salt trucks, skidsteers, and wheel loaders during the winter season.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping and snow management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
