Avesta Housing is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties around Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of our team that contributes to providing quality affordable housing to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities
- Conduct basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
- Work on-call schedules as needed to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a reliable vehicle and transport necessary tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with the team and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and grow in a mission-based environment.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic maintenance skills.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
