Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to empower patients.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- State Licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
Base salary: $83,000 - $115,000 per year.
