Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join the Hope Network West Michigan team. As a Program Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of nurse operations and individual health care programs. Your responsibilities will include providing education to staff and residents, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with medical providers to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Provide education on health care to staff and residents.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Develop healthcare goals and conduct health assessments.
• Document medical treatment and communicate with medical providers.
• Provide leadership, support, and supervision to staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• Experience in medical treatment services, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
