Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, direct individual health care programs, and staff education in relevant health care areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to direct care staff and residents in health care areas as needed.
• Monitor medication administration, procurement, and evaluation, communicating with prescribers as necessary.
• Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holders and attend Person Centered Planning meetings.
• Assess resident health needs, conduct health assessments, and document medical treatment for continuity of care.
• Ensure medical compliance with regulatory bodies and participate in professional nurse services development.

Requirements

• Michigan State Registered Nurse License.
• Prior experience in medical treatment services within a rehabilitation setting and mental health experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and familiarity with safety guidelines.
