Project Engineer

Job Description

Golden Wolf LLC is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our team in Portsmouth, VA. In this role, you will support the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery by providing facility life cycle management, developing project scopes, estimates, CMMS data collection, and engineering assistance. Responsibilities

• Provide program support for a comprehensive Facility Management Program.
• Determine project requirements for new construction, repairs, and alterations.
• Develop project scope information, statements of work, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist in facilities administration programs and serve as a liaison for various activities.
• Coordinate Real Property Installed Equipment information to ensure accuracy.
• Perform site assessments to determine facility condition and prioritize work action.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5-10 years of technical experience with Real Property Systems preferred.
• Security Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Experience with DOD processes, facility management, and CMMS.
• Ability to travel (minimum 25% CONUS and OCONUS).

Education and Experience

• Baccalaureate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management and two years of related experience, or relevant work experience.

Job Type

Full-Time/On-Site Position at Naval Support Activity NAS, Portsmouth, VA. Compensation based on skill and experience.
