Job Description
We are looking for motivated Nurse Residents or Nurse Graduates to join our dynamic team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive program designed to support your transition into the professional nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in individual and group support sessions.
- Work closely with clinical coaches to enhance your clinical skills.
- Receive guidance from a life coach to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Complete program requirements and demonstrate proficiency in the specialized field.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Possess American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
