Job Description
We are seeking motivated Nurse Residents/Nurse Graduates to join our Med Surg team at Sinai Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Resident/Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in various units such as Oncology, Pulmonary ID, Ortho/Neuro Trauma, Rehab, and GI/GU under individualized new nurse orientations and internships.
Responsibilities
- Participate in classes and gain valuable clinical skills.
- Receive support from dedicated clinical coaches and leaders.
- Engage with a life coach for work-life balance and stress management.
- Complete program requirements tailored to your specialty area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Passion for learning and providing excellent patient care.
