Job Summary

• Provide counseling and support to patients/residents and families.
• Address common problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Offer guidance on understanding medical diagnoses and treatments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Familiarity with social work theory and practice.
