Job Description
We are currently looking for a compassionate PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of the social work team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges. Your role will involve supporting individuals facing issues such as adjusting to institutional life, financial worries, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling.
- Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life support.
- Address financial, familial, and emotional concerns of patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
