SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
• Address adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and other related issues.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying, discharge planning, and empowerment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
