Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Report on product feedback, inventory issues, and scanning errors
- Participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Customer service and cash register experience
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience is a plus
