1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will have a variety of tasks, including receiving and relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.

• Drive for success and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities within the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
