Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
