1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for efficient operations.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Take independent actions within the assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in meeting budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely to fulfill job functions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment.
