1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
• Organize, load, and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to meet safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and support achieving budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience according to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
