1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with team members.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
