1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift. This position involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team and leadership to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
