Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
