Job Description - 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follow ergonomic program and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
