We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. We provide thorough training and a safety program to equip you with the skills needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
