Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an excellent starting wage of $23.75 per hour and requires fewer than 30 hours of work per week. Our warehouse associates work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following strict safety guidelines and receiving comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Drive improvements and adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Operate equipment safely and participate in warehouse activities independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, success-drive, and efficiency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
