1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock and preparing orders for delivery to our stores. The position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
