1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and a comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products of up to 45 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
