We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. Our warehouse operation plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training to excel in your role.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and load merchandise for shipment, ensuring warehouse standards are met.
- Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
