Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, offering a dynamic work environment.

Job Type

Part-Time (< 30 hours per week)

Salary

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
