Job Description
We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a vital role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
Requirements
- 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
