Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and escalate issues as needed.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.

• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
