Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect and maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Follow warehouse processes and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
