Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to meet store demands. You will collaborate with warehouse leadership to ensure product quality, safety, and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load/unload shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and assist in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
