1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.
