1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for various duties, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
