Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
