1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. The average hours for this role are 30-35 per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
