Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to our stores. The starting wage is $23.75 per hour, and the average weekly hours are fewer than 30. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and committed to upholding safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
